Nurture Young Minds (“Nurture Young Minds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides parent-coaching programs, resources, and events. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website, forms, communications (including SMS/MMS), and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Information We Collect

  • Identifiers & Contact Data: name, email, phone number, postal address, and your role (e.g., parent/caregiver).

  • Service & Booking Data: session bookings, preferences, notes you provide, and support inquiries.

  • Communications: email and SMS/MMS content you send to us and our replies, including timestamps and delivery data; call recordings/voicemails if enabled.

  • Technical Data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, time on site, and general location (derived from IP).

  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: to remember preferences, measure performance, and analyze site usage. See “Cookies & Tracking” below.

  • Payment Data: processed by our PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.

Sensitive or Children’s Data: Our Services are directed to adults (parents/caregivers). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

2) How We Use Your Information

  • Provide & Improve Services: deliver coaching, schedule sessions, personalize content, troubleshoot, and enhance our website and programs.

  • Communicate: respond to messages; send confirmations, reminders, updates, and educational tips you request or consent to receive.

  • SMS Program (with consent): send appointment reminders, intake follow-ups, and occasional program updates. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

  • Security & Compliance: protect against fraud, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations.

  • Marketing (optional): send promotions or surveys when permitted by law and your preferences. You can opt out at any time.

3) Our SMS/MMS Texting Program (A2P 10DLC Disclosures)

Nurture Young Minds offers optional text messaging to consenting users.

Program Description: appointment/consult reminders, intake follow-ups, and occasional program or workshop updates.

Enrollment & Consent:

You will not receive SMS unless you (a) explicitly opt in (e.g., check a consent box on a form), (b) text us a keyword to opt in, or (c) otherwise provide express written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Commands:

  • STOP — Opt out of all future texts (we’ll confirm your opt-out).

  • HELP — Get support contact details.

  • UNSTOP/START — Re-enable messages after opting out.

What We Log for Compliance:

We may retain your opt-in/opt-out status, timestamp, IP/form submission, message content, and delivery metadata to demonstrate compliance with applicable texting rules (e.g., TCPA/CTIA/A2P 10DLC).

4) Legal Bases (Where Applicable)

Where required (e.g., in the EEA/UK), we process data based on: consent (e.g., SMS marketing), contract (providing booked services), and legitimate interests (service improvement, security, analytics). You may withdraw consent at any time (e.g., by replying STOP for SMS).

5) How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only as needed to run the Services:

  • Service Providers: website hosting, CRM/SMS/voice platforms, email, scheduling, payments, analytics, and security. They may access personal information only to perform services for us and must protect it.

  • Legal & Safety: to comply with laws, enforce our agreements, or protect rights, safety, or property.

  • Business Transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or similar event (with appropriate protections).

We keep information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may retain opt-in/opt-out records to demonstrate SMS compliance.

  • SMS: Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help.

  • Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any email.

  • Access/Correct/Delete: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@nurtureyoungminds.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

  • Do Not Track: We do not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time.
